The Proteom Fund is a multi-class, master-feeder structure comprising the Proteom Equity Fund LLC in Delaware, USA and the Proteom Global Equity Fund Ltd in Hamilton, Bermuda.  The fund operates a number of quantitative equity and volatility arbitrage strategies.

Fees - Series A, B C, D, G and H

  • Management fee:  2% per annum, charged quarterly

  • Performance fee:  25%
Fees - Series E & F
Option 1 (default option):
  • Management fee:  Nil (0%)
  • Performance fee: 50% (25% charged quarterly, balance at y/e)
Option 2 (available only to investors with $5M or more invested)

  • Management fee:  2% per annum, charged quarterly

  • Performance fee:  35% (17.5% charged quarterly, balance at y/e)
